The Packers hosting the Vikings who, after losing Adam Thielen to season-ending ankle surgery, have now lost Kirk Cousins to a positive Covid test.
This should be over before it starts, but we know that with the Packers, the game is always in question.
Here are the 3 biggest questions that will determine the outcome of the game:
- Can the Packers not completely sh!t the bed? I mean, this is really the only question. Sure the Packers have some injury issues, but the Vikings are starting a career backup who’s never thrown a touchdown pass. It might be the coldest game in the NFL all year and the Packers have the prototypical cold weather back. They really need to f#ck around to lose this one.
- Can 8 guys stop Dalvin Cook? Dalvin Cook is the only chance the Vikings have. The Packers should be able to line up one-on-one with every receiving option for the Vikings and just focus on Cook.
- Can they avoid injury? This is the real question for the next two weeks. The Packers have been on a historically ridiculous bad run of injuries this year… and somehow have the best record in the league. They have a few guys who look like they might be able to come back for the playoffs, but they need to avoid any more big injuries if they want a chance at another Lombardi.
